Delete Account

You can permanently delete your AI Sticker Pack account from inside the app. Deletion removes your sign-in account and associated server-side profile data. This page explains the steps and what is deleted, as required for App Store and Google Play account-deletion disclosures.

1. How to delete your account in the app

1. Open AI Sticker Pack on your iOS or Android device.
2. Sign in with the Google or Apple account you used for the app (if you are not already signed in).
3. Go to Settings.
4. Under Account, tap Delete account.
5. Confirm deletion in the dialog. Deletion cannot be undone.

The app then calls our secure account-deletion service, signs you out locally, and clears on-device credit and sticker-pack cache data.

2. What is deleted

• Your authentication account (Supabase Auth user record for Google / Apple sign-in)
• Your profile and related server data (including credit balance and credit transaction history stored with your account)
• Local app data on the device that performed deletion: cached sticker packs, any on-device reference photo used for generation, and local credit/purchase state used by the app

Original camera or photo-library images used as sticker references are not stored on our servers after a generation request finishes, so account deletion does not need to retrieve those originals. Generated sticker-pack history records associated with your profile are removed with the account. See Face data and photos of people in the Privacy Policy.

For abuse prevention, we may keep a hashed or normalized record of the email associated with a deleted account so a later re-signup cannot reclaim free signup credits. That record is not used to restore your account or packs.

3. What is not deleted by this action

• App Store / Google Play purchase records — Billing history remains with Apple or Google. Deleting your AI Sticker Pack account does not cancel or refund store purchases. Manage billing in your Apple ID or Google Play account settings.
• Stickers already exported to WhatsApp — Packs you previously added to WhatsApp stay under WhatsApp until you remove them there.
• Support emails you previously sent to mstudiothoughts@gmail.com may remain in our inbox for support and legal retention.

4. If you cannot use the app

If you cannot open the app or complete in-app deletion, email mstudiothoughts@gmail.com from the address linked to your account and request deletion. Include the email used to sign in (Google or Apple). We will verify ownership and delete the account as soon as reasonably possible.
