License Agreement
This License Agreement (“Agreement”) is a legal agreement between you and Mahendra governing your use of the AI Sticker Pack mobile application and related services (the “App”). It also serves as the App’s terms of use. By downloading, installing, or using the App, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, do not use the App.
1. License grant
Subject to this Agreement, Mahendra grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to install and use the App on devices you own or control, solely for personal, non-commercial messaging and entertainment purposes, including creating and exporting sticker packs to WhatsApp.
2. Accounts and eligibility
You may need to sign in with Google or Apple to use certain features. You are responsible for activity under your account and for keeping your sign-in credentials secure. You must be old enough to consent to these terms in your jurisdiction (and at least 13 years of age, or higher where required).
3. Credits, purchases, and free pack
- New accounts may receive one free sticker pack generation, subject to abuse limits.
- Additional packs require consumable credits purchased via the App Store or Google Play.
- 1 credit equals 1 generated pack of up to 25 stickers, unless we state otherwise in-app.
- Purchases are processed by Apple, Google, and/or RevenueCat. Their billing terms apply.
- Credits have no cash value, are non-transferable, and are generally non-refundable except where required by law or when we refund a failed generation.
- Any purchase may unlock recent pack history features as described in the App.
4. AI-generated stickers — ownership and license
Subject to your compliance with this Agreement and applicable law, you may use stickers generated for you through the App for personal messaging, including sharing via WhatsApp sticker packs. You are responsible for the prompts you submit and for how you use the resulting stickers.
You must not use the App or generated stickers to create or distribute content that is illegal, hateful, pornographic involving minors, infringing of others’ rights, or intended to deceive or harass. We may refuse, limit, or revoke access for misuse.
Mahendra and its licensors retain all rights in the App software, branding, and underlying technology. Except for the limited license above, no rights are granted by implication.
5. Acceptable use
You agree not to:
- Reverse engineer, scrape, or abuse the App or generation APIs
- Circumvent credit, rate, or authentication limits
- Use automated means to mass-generate packs without our written permission
- Interfere with the security or integrity of the Service
- Misrepresent affiliation with Mahendra, WhatsApp, Meta, Google, or Apple
6. Third-party services
The App integrates with third-party services including authentication providers, Google Vertex AI (Gemini) for image generation, RevenueCat, Apple, Google, WhatsApp, and Supabase. Your use of those services may be subject to their terms. WhatsApp sticker export requires a compatible WhatsApp installation and follows WhatsApp’s sticker requirements. 7. Intellectual property of others
Do not prompt the App to reproduce copyrighted characters, trademarks, or likenesses that you do not have rights to use. You are solely responsible for ensuring your prompts and use of outputs do not infringe third-party rights.
8. Disclaimer of warranties
THE APP AND GENERATED CONTENT ARE PROVIDED “AS IS” AND “AS AVAILABLE” WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT. WE DO NOT WARRANT THAT GENERATION WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED, ERROR-FREE, OR THAT OUTPUTS WILL MEET YOUR EXPECTATIONS.
9. Limitation of liability
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, SAMARUDR AND ITS AFFILIATES SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR ANY LOSS OF PROFITS, DATA, OR GOODWILL, ARISING FROM YOUR USE OF THE APP. OUR TOTAL LIABILITY FOR CLAIMS RELATING TO THE APP SHALL NOT EXCEED THE GREATER OF (A) THE AMOUNTS YOU PAID US FOR CREDITS IN THE 12 MONTHS BEFORE THE CLAIM OR (B) USD $50.
10. Termination
You may stop using the App at any time, including by deleting your account from Settings (see Delete Account). We may suspend or terminate access if you violate this Agreement, create risk for other users or providers, or if we discontinue the Service. Sections that by nature should survive (including ownership, disclaimers, and limitations) will survive termination.
11. Changes
We may update this Agreement. Material changes will be reflected by updating the “Last updated” date. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
